Mission
Our mission is to advance cancer treatment through collaboration and empowerment of sponsors, advocacy groups, and oncology leaders. We aim to inspire advances in oncology drug development by providing engaging and motivated consultants and project teams while supporting, mentoring, and coaching oncology leaders.
Vision
We envision a company with four pillars – Consulting, Mentoring and Coaching, Speaking and Teaching, and Paying it Forward to patients and advocacy groups. Our long-term 5-year vision is to create a diverse and enriching work environment for team members while building a client base and network. In the short term, we aim to add two additional team members and develop our consulting and philanthropic pillars.

Our name "Oncospire Consultants" is a combination of two words, "onco" which refers to oncology, the study and treatment of cancer, and "spire" which means to ascend or rise up. The name was chosen to exemplify a team of clinical research leaders who have the expertise and knowledge to take on any project related to oncology clinical research and can help their clients rise to new heights in the field. Overall, we conveys a sense of expertise, innovation, and progress in the field of oncology research.
